We need more Angels!

At a quick glance, the amount of problems un-informed newcomers is overwhelming. and guess what we do to fix it? complain.

A few months ago, me and Corsair were discussing a new faction to help newbs In-RP, using wit to resolve problems and helping upkeep the RP environment. it seems thisd idea was put on the shelf and forgotten about.

We need people to compain to! though if i hear complaints and if it is within my power to go and help out i try. and i would happily volunteer as the role of Helpdesk. we need more active members willing to stop lolwuts and OORP for good!

even if your not willing to bob around Trenton resolving "OMG he took MY scrapmetal! he outta be banned lol" if you see a lolwut, try to fix him up and if you can't at least don't ignore the problem and continue on your way.

Remember! there were many a case where a lolwut, with a little help and nurture becomes a productive member of Disco society!

Most of us who have been here for a long time already do. I recall when I could have entered the Angels with no recruitment process.:laugh:

We don't necessarily need more Angels. We can help new people without being part of The Angels.

I'm trying to do that whenever I'm able to with my CMR| characters (interested parties contact me), but in my current situation I can't afford to do much as far as money goes.

Still, questions and RP help are provided when I'm on those characters.

I like to pick up Starflier escorts on my Zoner Whale and offer them a chance to Explore Sirius with me. I then usually buy them an Eagle or something so they have a fighting chance of doing something here. That's my contribution to the community, and no Angel involved..
