Thexder / [PF.Corp.]-Thexder-[D] has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:

5.10 Disconnecting from the server in a PvP fight to escape, as well as in any other situation that involves player interaction, is not allowed. If you lose server connection during a player interaction, you should get back in game quickly to continue the interaction, with the other player's permission. If that is not possible, then post on the forums and PM the players involved.

Consequences: Fined all guns and credits.

Notes: You F1'd out on a pirate when your ship was called Thexder, you still get sanctioned now your name is different. Run away, talk your way out of piracy, whatever, just don't hit that handy little F1 button. It's against the rules.

I have the Thexder account and performed a name change as a result of Platform ID RP
I also created a Drayman Acct related to the Platform character.


First off, I apologize for my first post being a reply to a rebuttal to a breaking of the rules I do not deny (pressing F1 to avoid a fight) which violates rule 5.10.

I would, however, like to express some issues that lead me to press F1 to avoid combat

I entered Leeds from the Magellan Jump hole only to find there was an enemy there. He Disrupted me and I 180 back into the jump hole to Magellan. No warning was given yet I am aware that a Disruption is not an attack as per rule 5.2. He followed me and the pattern ensued for approximately 3 minutes.

Upon my 6th jump into Magellan he chatted out Stop jumping I replied something to the affect of not a chance,

I dumped my cargo and blew it up.

He started firing at me, bringing my shields down below 50% twice before my batteries ran out.

An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%

This was an official attack but no expression to an attack was given and telling someone to stop going thru a jump hole I felt is not an expression of engagement.

As per rule

5.6 Fleeing in combat counts as a PVP death. Fleeing is:

b) Docking with a jump gate, station or tradelane;


I docked with the Leeds/Magellan Jump hole six times, finally hitting F1 while in Magellan unwilling to continue the PVP.


The one who was attacking me made no attempt to talk with me or discuss the issue before posting his notice to the Admins of me leaving PVP, and simply PM in game that he sent this to the Admins for review

I have no screen shots.

I knowingly pressed F1 to avoid the conflict I believed was getting out of hand.

I wanted to state my case but I will accept any ruling without question regarding this incident.
