1. Make a new SP Save
2. Install IONCROSS Character Editor and Import Discoveries IONCROSS Files so it works
3. Turn on and select your save
4. Go to the top and giveyourself 1900000000
5. Go to the next tab besides Inventory 3rd Tab from Left.
6 .On the System List to the left Select Bastille and on the right set rep to Friendly with Admin Faction. top of list.
7. Select the Admin Station under stations. Not the Prison Stations
8. Save Changes Below
9. Enjoy

You cannot use tradelanes or Jumpgates.

It can use those. You just have align the ship perfectly. Just check the videos mikeyh posted earlier in this thread.
