RM Directive: RMHC to SA and FEAR

This transmission is being sent to all Major Houses.

Henceforth, no SA or FEAR ships are welcome within Rheinland space. If any of the afore-mentioned ships are found within our boarders, they are to be escorted out of our space at once. They will be escorted to the nearest non-Rheinland space available, and not to whatever system they specify. Failure to comply with RM orders will result in the offending vessels termination. Any captured crew will be returned to their respective house after a fine of 10 million credits has been paid by said house for disobeying RM orders in RM territory.

I once again beseech the other Houses to break ties with the dubious organization known as FEAR. Their claims to legality are questionable, and their actions are both illegal and immoral. Regardless of whatever help they have offered, their true nature is one of "Only us and screw the rest." Thus, they are unwelcome in Rheinland space, them and their Liberty allies.

These orders are put into effect immediately. Failure to comply with them at any time will result in the offending party's termination without compensation. Continued non-compliance will place you under Rheinland Military Law, and thus execution by fireing squad.

Due to Rhineland declareing Hostilities to Liberty over the status of FEAR, the sso| can no longer be allies to the SA.

I do not think it appropriate that the Bounty Hunters are allied to Liberty. Regardless of our origins, we cannot openly support the SA against all comers, especially since some of these pay for our services from time to time.

Please understand, though, we will keep your freindly.

As always, no fighting within Rheinland is allowed. If two factions spy eachother within our boarders, they will take their fight out of Rheinland. Should both parties engange, they will both be placed under arrest and subject to Rheinland Military Law, where the punishment ranges from deportation with limited return to 5 years hard labor, then deportation with no return under penalty of death.

Rheinland will not be a battleground, is that understood?

Admiral Krieg, we have had many, MANY disagreements in the past, especially in regards to your, um, capital punishments, but for once I do agree.

I was born in Rheinland, and I will always declare myself of such origin. Rheinland should not be a battleground, not after those... past events. And so, I am in total agreement.

The Kusari Naval Forces will not declare the Southern Alliance enemies of the state, or even persona non grata, but the FEAR will still be regarded with the same uneasy eye that they are now. You have my word that I will continually petition the Chancellor to have the Southern Alliance pardoned, or at least allowed an embassy in your courts. Until such a time when I am listened to by said Chancellor, however, I shall say that the Kusari Naval Forces does not support the Southern Alliance's punishment, and that the Southern Alliance may take asylum within the systems of Honshu and Shikoku, should such action be necessary.

FEAR is still requested to remain outside of House Kusari territory, as the events of the past have not yet settled in our collective stomachs. Indeed, the citizens of House Kusari, be they civilian or otherwise, have not forgiven the FEAR yet, and until such a time as they are pardoned by the Emperor, will be forcibly removed from the systems of House Kusari origin.

I also wish to know whether the Rheinland Military would support the Kusari Naval Forces in decreeing that Kusari space should also be void of conflict, under penalty of arrest and judgment in Honshu? Thank you for whatever reply you give.

It is of little difference since, at the very inception of our unit, our entreaties have been rebuffed by Rheinland. In essence, the status quo remains.
