Admiral Dead? Funds Missing? Is there A Connection?

Virginia, though a closed Military base, is shooting with rumors of Admiral OsoRojo's death. In addition, charges are flying of his involvement with the loss of over 200 million of the South Alliance funds, plus the sale of 2 Capital Ships to purchase illicit party favors. However, officials within Liberty's elite unit have yet to make a formal announcement pro or con.
*wait...an ensign is entering the room.....*
Ensign Suxnacious (enters stage right)...ehm... "Members of the Press, it is with heavy heart to report the death of Admiral OsoRojo by his own hand. For months the SA has been conducting an investigation of the Admiral and I have been tasked to clear the air."
*Ensign gulps*
"Admiral OsoRojo committed suicide last night and left a confession upon his desk outlining his involvement in the loss of 2 Capitalships and the embezzelement of over 200 million credits. His printed final words were, 'I should have stayed on the Rancor and kicked the RM's arses."
"Overall, the SA rennounces OsoRojo and he shall be stricken from our rolls. Such actions are not in the traditions of Navy. He and his name shall not be remembered by us."

This just in, the family OsoRojo has announced the funds will be paid in full by them to clean this henious outrage. They cannot let stand such dishonorable acts and to remove the stain they shall present the money to authorized officials.
The family of criminal Adm. OsoRojo have just announced a Press release stating the funds have been collected to cover their dishonorable patriarchs embezzlement. All that is needed is a transfer of funds to the proper SA authority.
