How do I KNOW I'm not being re-engaged

So I was thinking...

Sometimes I am in a battle and fighting a few people and as people get destroyed, re-enforcements seem to arrive just a little too conveniently. So what's stopping people from just switching chars and then attacking you again? How am supposed to be able to tell?

I vaguely remember some site thingy that you went to and it showed IP Address, Ship, Location etc of people currently on the server. Is this still around? If you know what I am talking about then it would be nice of you to tell us all. If you're not willing to tell everyone, then it would be nice of you to send a PM letting me know.

I thought it did. I remember playing with people who knew my IP and ISP Provider so they must have had some way of doing it.

Look at the connect/disconnect messages if you turn them back on, you might notice them log off of one char, and all of a sudden a new one comes up that joins in. (I mean, they join split second after the other logs off)
