I must admit, the room looked better WITH RED-TINTED LIGHTS.

I am Taro Katsuo, one of the five Guild Masters of the Gas Miners Guild.

Personally, before I bring word from the Guild, I must say that I'm very glad to see another Freeport in the Sigmas. I remember the day all those years ago, when Freeport 7 was destroyed. I lost some very good friends on that dreadful day, one that I wouldn't like to experience again.

Now for the matter at hand. The Guild will recognize this new installation of Freeport 18, and its surrounding No Fire Zone. We will also be increasing our patrols in the system of Sigma-17 to ensure the safety of our Zoner allies, and any hostile action taken towards you will bring a military response from us, for we do not wish to see another Freeport burn.

Our convoys will also use the Freeport as a checkpoint to drop off required supplies, such as H-fuel and other necessities. We hope that the presence of a new Freeport in Sigma-17 will be mutually beneficial for our two groups.

We understand that you'll be allowing docking rights to more scrupulous groups, such as the Corsairs. We wish to express our concerns, but also expect you not to allow people loitering and using the station to stage attacks.

We also caught wind of a murder committed on your Freeport, one of our pilots I'm afraid. We lost a patrol some time ago and haven't heard from them since. We'll be looking into this matter and would like your full cooperation regarding the investigation.
