Effective December 1st - and in line with the remainder of the forum cleanups - the Bounty Board will go on a 60 day purging. Anything that is OLDER than 60 days with NO activity WILL be deleted. This will then go on a rolling deletion similar to the sale boards, where items can age off.
Note that since bounties are required in many instances for PvP, it would be in your best interest to make sure that bounty REMAINS on the board.
(The general bounty boards for House space will NOT be deleted, nor with those bounties on certain notorious characters such as Phate, Mon'Star, etc.)

A clean-up of this sub-forum is underway. Threads that have shown no activity in the last two months will be closed and deleted. You have a week to sort out any threads you are responsible for.
Threads where payment is not forthcoming are being closed with a note to the effect that posters of bounties have a responsibility to pay players for their time. Abandoning that responsibility is not fair on them or the targets.
I was going to post this in every thread but I have plans to sleep in the next two weeks.
As several threads have had no activity in over two months and there is no sign of people claiming against the contracts, a whole load of threads are closed and the bounties considered null and void. They have been locked immediately and will be invisibled shortly.
It is recommended that future bounties use a centralised system such as MercNet (for the hire of mercenaries for all manner of work) or the Sirius Crime Commission (for contractors a purely lawful disposition)
