This is freelancer pilot Evan Mitchell speaking.
To the subject of my message : this is an official request for the permission to mount 3 Magma Hammer Mk V Turrets on my ship. The ship is to be exploring outer rims of space, and occasionally visiting some of the houses to resupply and such. I assure you I do not intend to pirate with the turrets in liberty or any other house, nor would I engage the house authority tagged ships with them.
