More than a little harsh, RR... I've received reports from respected community members on Mr. Roy's ingame conduct that show him in a very good light. From what I've heard, he'd make an incredibly valuable member in that he's sensible and active.

That is of course, unless he's just been lost in the paperwork and is actually already a member...
