Rheinland is not fashist, neither in the vanilla nore in disco, it is a house dominated by militarism.
The militarism discribed resembles both the old prusian one (80 year war and the old emperor and on), and the first weak attempts of a federal republic, as was the federal republic of weimar, witch ended in history in the fashist dictator ship.
Since rheinland is not at that point jet, but still a very unstable republic, i think its a great idea to play its government. All the other houses have a king or Queen (Liberty has a defacto dictator), the rheinland politic would offer and very interessting opportunity for roleplay.
And if rheinland ends up in dictotorship as well, or in religious fanastism, we can at least play the way trowards it.
