This message is intended for all Order personnel and higher echelons of command in the Order Fleet.

I am running combat routines in the cockpit of a Bastet class fighter, and so I've been privy to the odd ongoings in Omicron Minor. As I've shrugged most off, especially the annoyance of the vessels identified as GRAVITY and Imitator, I have one that has disturbed my person. As my purpose with the Order is primarily as a researcher, historian, games and theory, I refrain from direct combat unless required or necessary, hence why I am touring the decks of the close to complete Arnouphis recon cruiser. Before I head out to complete my mandatory hours of flight I wish to report this.

One (1) Outcast Dreadnaught was sighted firing mortars at the Isis and Toledo for absolutely no reason other than what the captain had stated as "research". He went on to elaborate ideals for Outcast vessels to begin attacking The Order and how our assistance to the Corsairs has brought us under their scope. I have documented a visual log of the ship outside Toledo, and garnered it's identification. I merely wish to alert commanders to this threat and bring the issue to bear.
