Being based around Texas, you could be primarily based in the independent worlds between the House systems. Perhaps the Rogues pushed you out of the major arteries to such a place? In the north and west, perhaps you could make a deal with the Hackers by doing some of their dirty work. Alternately, there are Freeports in all of those areas; At least at FP2 there's a history of harboring piratical types, at least until size gets too big or problematic (like with the Unioners before).
I think, though, that the idea of a guild would be that the pirates could collectively make agreements they wouldn't otherwise be able to make individually, yes? With that in mind, I'd think trying to work on some diplomatic deals would be a good plan.

The relations part of the document is atrocious. You don't even have any factions from the server, just generic posts like "Freelancers" and "Junkers". The house corperations and such is fine because, well...there are a lot of them. Do yourself a favor and go take a look at the "official factions" post that's stickied at the top of the page and copy that into your document somewhere so that we can see who you will be allied and not allied to.

You fear oblivion. Yet you forget. The universe remembers every atom of your being. Even dust hums your name in the dark. Roleplay is dead. Long live Powertraders and PvP I guess.
