' Wrote:Go Freelancer Vigilante if you want to kill pirates.
I have considered this. Considered starting as mercenary to make it easier to get started then going full vigilante.
But what are the relationships between these classes and the houses. I dont mind not being liked by the armed forces but if they are gonna start actively chasing me out of thier zoi because of my id then im not so sure i like it.
Is a vigilante considered unlawfull like a pirate, or is it more like a smuggler where you are ignored as long as your carefull to not get caught doing the wrong thing?

LPI is a Corporation too.
But yeah...if you want to be a lawful, well, do you want to be a cop? or do you want to be military?
If Military look into: Kusari Naval Forces, Bretonian Armed Forces, Rheinland Military or Liberty Navy/Liberty Security Force.
(Military forces have a larger ZOI and tend to focus more on things like Terrorists and Military threats, they also stop pirates, but their primary goals lie in stopping military threats, however they do take over some of the actions of their police counterparts if there happens to be no police presence) Military factions tend to use Heavy Fighters, Very Heavy Fighters, Bombers and of course Capital Ships if you achieve a high enough and well respected rank.
If Police look into: Kusari State Police, Liberty Police Incorporated, Bretonia Police Authority or Rheinland Federal Police.
(Police forces tend to have a smaller ZOI than their military counterparts and they focus on, pirates, escorting traders through their house space, keeping lanes clear/patrolling lanes, scanning for/confiscating contraband and such things like that.) Police factions tend to use a lot of Light Fighters, and sometimes bombers.
Note: Liberty already has everyone and their mother playing as a lawful there, granted the other areas can be pretty deserted, if you want to get less oorpers and more, or better quality roleplay you should go to Kusari or Bretonia, they could also use the extra manpower.
Note 2: If your main goal is to track down and eliminate pirates, you may want to look into the Bounty Hunters Guild and Guild Core.

Yeah, it's the current British national anthem, but with a few words cunningly changed for context. Another good one is 'Rule Bretonia, Bretonia rules the lanes".*
Quote:*When Bretonia first, at heaven's command,
Aro-o-o-ose from out the a-a-a-zure main,
Arose, arose, arose from out the a-azure main,
This was the charter, the charter of the void,
And guardian A-a-angels sang this strain:
Rule Bretonia!
Bretonia rules the lanes
Bowex never, never, never smuggles slaves.
Rule Bretonia!
Bretonia rules the lanes
Bowex never, never, never smuggles slaves.
The Houses, no-o-o-o-ot so blest as thee,
Must i-i-i-i-in their turn, to ty-y--yrants fall,
Must in, must in, must in their turn, to ty-y-rants fall,
While thou shalt flourish, shalt flourish great and free,
The dread and e-e-e-e-nvy of them all.
Rule Bretonia!
Bretonia rules the lanes
Bowex never, never, never smuggles slaves.
Rule Bretonia!
Bretonia rules the lanes
Bowex never, never, never smuggles slaves.
