Not that, I mean: If the Admin normally makes an announcement I suspect that he is the one who is in charge about it and knows about it. For example if Cannon makes an announcement I know it is Cannon, if I have some questions about it I'lll quickly ask him and if Del makes a post, I want to ask him why and what - I guess he knows about this more than the other Admins do.

But if I now only see a Bot-Like thing announcing things I don't know which Admin I should talk to. Kinda...like...that...urgh >.<

Actually the person making the Admin Notice is usually the person who happens to be the one that volunteers to post, no Admin is really in charge of anything other than everything in general.
