All who bask in the azure glow of Kusari take heed:

"Up where the winds of change show their direction earliest I have fealt a breeze blowing. I looked afar to the heavens and beyond. I consulted with our ancestors of old, and I remember our 4000 year tradition with my own senses. We look upon the Omicron cluster in our northern sky and see darkness. In the Tau garden, ripples. Bring forth our warriors, let the divine wind carry them to the stars and purify our holy lagoon."

Now a word from Imperial fleet security:

A heightened state of alert now exists within the Kusari homeworlds. Concerns of a strategic threat to our borders have brought forth new measures to ensure our safety.

The following passage visas in Kusari are hereby revoked:

1)All [HF-TC]-Zoners with strong lane hacker ties, suspected of gathering intelligence and funding enemies of the state. Further evidence suggests Outcast sypathies as well

2)All AW-tagged Zoners, Strong Outcast sympathies and arms buildup on our northern borders. Overt alliances with criminal organizations.

3)All TBH-Tagged COrsairs-continuous strikes against Kusari shipping and infrastructure in Honshu.

Vessels with these identifiers will be given a warning on the first infraction and professionally escorted to the nearest jump gate out of Kusari. Repeat offenders will see their ships destroyed and serve up to a 7 year sentence at Fuchu.

Mutual defence treaty with =BSG= Cancelled

We are executing our exit clause with the Colonial mining group. All =BSG= Capital ships have 72 hours to move out of Kusari space. Fighters, frieghters and transports are still entitled passage through with limited docking for supply.

Forbidden Zones:

All craft not properly credentialed are forbidden from the following areas;

1)The entire Hiroshima system
2)Anywhere within 13 KM of a Kusari Research complex

Violators of these restrictions will have their vessels impounded and face Imperial prosecution. All other KNF bases are at reduced alert, visitors must submit to cargo scan.

Warning to Tau-system travelers:

You travel through a warzone at your own risk. If you are suspected of having Bretonian or Outcast interests you will find our fleet quite unfriendly.

As requested, all BSG capital ships as well as fighter wings have been moved out of Kusari space. On this occasion i would give personal thanks for KNF's unselfish help in defending our home system against joint Outcast and Phantom attack. As for war in Taus, we will take care of Outcasts, and you take care of BAF.

BSG also shares your concern about factions helping Outcasts. Any faction that will help Outcasts in any way, especially military, will be given HOSTILE status.
