I was just wondering where the LSF missions were located, or LSF bribes for that matter.
Do they have any bases?

Do some LN missions first till LSF is completely neutral
then head to Alaska and go to Kodiak Base, there are some LSF missions there

not sure if it's changed, but back in the day (4.84) my LSF leveled up via missions on manhattan. It's rare to find LSF missions, but if you're persistent they'll show up in the bar.
