The difference here is that all of the current SU leadership (by the opriginal count) is presnet and able to argue their case. That's it. However I am with Dusty in that this should have been done behind closed doors. Your dirty washing is of no interest to the regular community. Except to note how each of you conducts yourself in this regard. That is also being noted by the Admin team.

A fair point, one I neglected to take into consideration.
I retract my ARGBLEARGLE.
Edit: Actually I take that back. This is still an attempt by one person to assume control of a faction which hasn't formally, by internal majority consensus formalized by an external impartial body, such as the admins on the forum. The fact that everyone is here to go WTF doesn't really dispell that.
I'm back on board my previous statement that this sets an ugly precedent. The last thing the forum needs is a bi-weekly flamefest in groups where some portion of the body feels that Sam would do a better job than Fred, or Fred just thinks he'd do a better job because Sam has been off doing his own thing for a spell.
Finger pointing, screaming NO U and attempting to measure one's commitment to a faction for the benefit of no one at all (as nothing said in this thread will ultimately have any impact sans an eventual lock, at which point both parties will approach the admins anyways) isn't getting much done.
Thread needs to be nuked like the AU one was in this man's humble <strike>raging argument</strike> opinion.
*sighs* Dirty washing in behind the closed doors of Skype in future. We'll not be having these every week. As Dusty points out this is a bad precedent to set. Get your ducks in a row then come back with a proper announcement.
