For the record, despite having the longest active record playing the sneakiest, bastardliest bunch of sneaky Outcast bastards on the server, I fully support this idea for multiple in-RP and out-of-RP reasons.:)
Equipment note: The Anki does have one sale point available to Outcasts - one of the non-Guard bases in Baffin.

Pointless if you ask me. I personally find intelligence group in pirate faction as pointless. You should rather join one of official faction to increase numbers of their members.
You may say you will do intelligence stuff (whatever it is) but in truth, you will end up just like the rest of factions, fighting massive battles with Corsairs, being outnumbered, ordering everyone around, claiming yourself as higher ranked, and more important Outcasts.
Intelligence wing are quasi police units as well. I highly doubt that Outcasts would really bother around with having such a group, 'policing' around.
Btw, 101st already has already some Intelligence wing under Ghost Of Razgriz Command i think.
Having such group in Navy Guard is most logical term of existence. No need for Outcast LSF. Or should i say OSF?

Well I feel that the Outcasts are more than just pirates, they're a bit like an unlawful house as they are at war with the Corsairs, who I also feel are an unlawful House. The different thing about this is that the Outcast now have a formal government system, their no longer a plutocracy. The 'intelligence stuff' we do is clearly explained on our Objectives section, we'll hire freelancers and mercs to infiltrate organizations (in RP, and with permission of the organizations first) and act as scouts in Eta and the Sigmas looking out for Corsair raiding parties, amongst other things. One of the things I'm trying to do is approach the war with the Corsairs in a different fashion, a more unconventional one. We won't really be 'policing' around, we'll just take out some people who steal or use Outcast equipment without permission from the government (and this is what I believe the Mirage Squadron does). I did ask Thexare about this at first and he gave me the go ahead, other wise I don't think I would've bothered with this idea. the OCI could be seen as a bit of an 'extension' to the Mirage squadron, their goals and activities.
