This is a big wakeup call to those who use the rather lame tactic of clicking F1, the moment someone else comes
up on radar, without bothering to check anything else.
The range of the 'Cloaking Message' is now much further, so if you choose to hit that button we will take your
toys away. DO NOT DO IT ...
And below are the first players to get caught out using the entirely unacceptable behaviour.

Please allow me to begin with saying that I am [Worpiq]Baby.Bat only and none of those other names. I do not know who's account they belong to.
Next I would like to contest this sanction for several reasons.
#1: When I did used F1 I had only one other person near me or on my scanners. And he was in my own faction and was also a miner who was absolutely no threat to me. So what I am saying is, no one should have reported me using F1.
#2: I used F1 because I am a new father and I am called away quite often to change a diaper, or rescue my wife from a screaming baby. Normally the server rules demand that a post be made as to why you had to make a sudden exit. But as I said, since no one else was involved other than a friend, I did not see the need to make a forum notice and apologize to anyone.
#3: I would like to show that I did not violate server rules and no one should have reported me on the grounds of trying to escpae them using the F1 tactic. These screenshots should speak for themselves.
Again I would like to say that this is an uncalled sanction and simply someone being an angry player. I did not F1 to leave a bad situation ingame, I was spotted hours later when i returned popping back into space by someone who had a chip on his shoulder and he reported me perhaps.
I have already replaced my equipment(guns, armor, SBs, NBs, and CMs) that were taken away. I would just like to see the issue expunged from my record as to not recieve a harsher sentence when I do an actual slipup.
P.S. I would like to see the screenshot of the game saying [Worpiq]Baby.Bat is attempting to engage cloacking device with me being in the persons scanner range. I assure you, it doesn't exist.
This is obviously a frivolous sanction. I stand corrected hoodlum. Though my scanner saw nothing, no words were spoken, and i did not see any red IFFed ships approaching. Please note that the ship taking the SS is in a battlegroup with another miner and is equipped with miner turrets/guns. Furthermore, he is moving at 0 speed. thus he is making no effort to approach me in any way. We are also all green to him, hence his IFF is not hostile. Doesnt this imply that he was not a hostile ship? In fact, I am willing to bet he is IMG IFFed like my character.

So I ask, where was the interaction? There was no 'during interaction' before, during, or after i did the F1. Honestly howmany miners have the gift of gab when they are chasing the little rocks?
lastly, if i were fleeing a scene, when F1 was used it would have taken a long time for my ship to actually leave the game. So the person could have killed me anyways if those were his intentions?
