- The Dogfight Comity enables the competitors to engage in diplomatic negotiations.
- Competitors may form and break Alliances in public and secrecy as and when they see fit.


__________ Special Rule Changes due to incorporation of Discovery

- Regular Board will be replaced by a Map of Sirius.
- No Cards.
- A fleet being outnumbered 5 to 1 is instantly pwned.
- Dogfights will be fought using the lowest common denominator of the actual engaging Board-Navy Sizes.
- To win the Battle Royal, A player must hold the amount of 41 Solar Systems for one Round
- Board Players are allowed to engage in Dogfights. They stay limited to their own Navy.
- Advanced attacks on own Territories allowed. No Friendly Fire.


__________ Clarification of Standard Risk2 / Same-time Rule set

- Only one Advanced Attack (an attack being launched from a Territory conquered in the current Battle Round) allowed.
- Tactical Movement of troops after battle round and before reinforcement phase only possible from ONE single territory to its bordering Territories
- Players start out with 14 Units.
- 3 Units basic reinforcement each round
- Plus one unit for each 3 Territories of your biggest connected Empire
- Plus House-Bonus
