I make one mistake on one character and you take all ships and put them in the bastille because i refused to pay someone attempting to pirate a cargo-less ship and tell him to just blow it up? Are all players supposed to now give in and pay half a million credits to every pirate that asks for it instead of just having to replace a few shield batteries and nanobots? If this is going to be the case then why not just fix it so that the pirate can just take whatever amount he wants out of your account and make it so that you can't refuse to pay them.
As for why i told him to just blow me up and i'd just take off again....hmm lets see.... First of all not that it will matter i was tired as hell from working all day and figured i'd spend a few minutes building another character and before i can even get from one base to another some pirate is making a demand of 500k from an exploration ship with absolutly no cargo. Would be sorta stupid to pay him 500k for some bots and bats. Seems every time you refuse to pay one of these fellows now you get sanctioned for no roleplay when the fact is that i simply spoke the truth. If you refuse to pay a pirate.....they most certianly will blow your ship up for refusal to pay.........at this point will i or anyone else just dump that character and never fly it again......no you respawn and go off to do something else which is all i told him or her i would do if they destroyed me for not paying thier demand. Now is this good roleplay.....i suppose not even if it is the reality of what happens in the game. Was it improper for me to do so......i suppose so. But i really don't get the taking of all ships that i spent hours and hours aquiring for the slip of one instance with another player that in my opinion just got ticked because they tried to pirate someone and they said no. The taking of all my ships i would say is excessive to say the least for a simple mistake made by someone while they are tired and a bit cranky from working all day. It is getting to the point that soo may people complain about simple things that the server is getting to be more like work than fun.....everyone has to walk on eggshells so to speak to keep things like this from happening.
So i guess the ball is in your court now......if you want to take away all the hours of work i've put into my characters and trash them for making a simple mistake from being tired and irritable then do so nothing i can do about it. But i would hope that this server is run by adults that understand what it is to work one's arse off and be tired enough to make little mistakes now and then.

While I was not the one who filed the report on this gent, I (Black.Pearl) was one of the two pirates present for this situation.
First: He had 3 Rogue Pilots in his cargo hold. I demanded he release them and he ignored my demands. The other pilot in question demanded the 500k. While he claims his cargo was empty, it was not.
Second: This is the kind of "kill me its cheaper" trader we encounter from time to time. Any character that tells us to just kill them and they'll come back in another ship is not role playing.
EDIT: Mudd beat me to the punch. But anyway, I saved the 3 Rogue Pilots after you exploded.

Ok again i will tell you that i checked my cargo when you requested the pilots and it showed empty.....If you say they were there and you got them after i was blown up then fine they were there... but they did not show up when i checked..glitch in the game i guess that i had no control over. As for the other i generally roleplay with everyone that acts like they have half a brain like the two of you did....but i'm not perfect by any means. I was tired as hell from working my butt off for 16 hours and was in truth probably too grouchy to be playing anyway......but i figured it would finish tiring me enough to be able to fall asleep. Make one little mistake in how you word something and bam.....months of putting in time on characters and good roleplay down the drain. One character being sanctioned or stripped or something i can see........but all of them seems a bit extreme for simply telling someone to go ahead and blow me up so i can take back off when you're tired as hell. Like i said before i am human as anyone else........am i and all of the rest of the players on the server expected to be perfect all of the time and never make mistakes? I'm sure you've made a few yourself if you're willing to own up to it.
The reason why, as HFM so eloquently put it, that you cannot access the admin link is that you are not a server administrator. We place those links in sanction posts so that those of us who were not involved can look at things for review, since there are numerous reports that get filed, even if nothing happens to many of them due to insufficient evidence or a misunderstanding of the rules.
Now, it appears that you are the one who has had a misunderstanding of the rules here.

RP-related threats are allowed on the server.
Calling a character an idiot can be easily in RP. Calling someone an idiot - in an OOC comment like you did - was not directed at their characters, but at the players. That's easily seen by your comment.
You seem to think that we're taking away your toys and you can throw a tantrum and we'll give them back to you. No where in your massive missive did I see anything vaguely resembling an apology for your actions, or an understanding that YOU are held liable for YOUR actions here. Cannon very plainly and explicity said that all you had to do was post here on why we should release your ships.
You have failed to do so. Your ships will remain jailed until you do.

I have in no way thrown a tantrum.....just simply said that freezing an entire account for something someone did while they were exhausted after working for hour after hour was in my opinion excessive. As for apologizing ,i thought i had already said that i shouldn't have been playing knowing how tired and grouchy i was at the time ,and that i was in error in the manner that i handled things and that what i did was in poor judgment or poor roleplay in one of my previous posts. If i didn't make it clear enough then i apologize to the admins for that. I realize that the rules of the server are here for everyone's benefit since it is a r/p server and that as such that is one of the most important parts of the playing of the game. How tired i was really doesn't matter i guess what i did was wrong as i said before and i apologize for my actions with reguards to my interaction with the two other players. In the future i will just have to refrain from playing when i'm that tired and grouchy because too many hours of work and too little sleep tends to turn my usual easy going self into an arse for lack of a better way of putting it.
All we really want to see is that you understand that role-play is important when playing here - even when the role-play is not so fun for you. We will release your ships shortly.
