Walter LeBlanc, it is a name we all thought we would never have to deal with again. Yet it seems that the mastermind of the assault on the Minister of Foreign Affairs' ship in 815 didn't plan to stop his crime rampage so soon. Earlier this day, LeBlanc boarded a BMM transport and, after murdering the captain of the ship who heroicly opposed to him, took the crew of the transport in hostage. The BPA, having monitered LeBlanc's activities for a while now, infiltrated a team of special forces on the transport with the mission to arrest LeBlanc and save the crew at all cost. LeBlanc, surrounded, took an hostage with him to his Eagle and begun to flee. As LeBlanc tried to flee Dublin using an unstable jumphole, a BPA fighter managed to stop the engines of Leblanc's fighter and boarded it. Frustrated, LeBlanc murdered his hostage. Having an advanced training in Vessel Mechanics from the BAF, he quickly managed to fix his engines, and detached the BPA fighter from the vessel in the process

The BPA officers, stuck in the cargo hold of LeBlanc's fighter forced their way to the cockpit and tried to take LeBlanc under arrest. Obviously under the influence of heavy doses of Cardamine, LeBlanc took out a handgun and a firefight started. Live Record from the BPA officers shows that the flash coming out from LeBlanc's gun wasn't natural for the model he had and that it was most likely modified. LeBlanc took two shots, one on the shoulder and the other one in the chest but sadly managed to get rid of the two officers.

Weak, LeBlanc tried to make a final escape to the unstable anomality. The BPA had no choice but to engage the fleeing vessel. Unable to correctly fly his vessel, it quickly went down in flames. After scanning the wrecks of the Eagle, it has been determined that no escape pod were launched from the vessel and that LeBlanc was killed in the explosion.

LeBlanc's destination was unknown, but there were rumors of him being a Kusarian spy.
