Beta release is getting closer. I apologize for the delay...

Right now, only two ships have skinning issues, all others seem to be fixed. Cannot be sure before it's tested on server, of course.

Some ships might be removed from sale on the server, but easily unlockable if anyone would wish to perform some OpenSP or local server tests.

Sounds like a plan. Just throw them on somewhere decidedly remote or hostile. But my guess is that if they are giving you problems the rest of us will experience the same.

Igiss is speaking about my models and the problems, the tile mapper in milkshape produces for ATI video cards.
I've found a way to solve the problem. As soon as all model parts are shown correctly on an ATI video card like Igiss has, the models can be made fully available on the server. No further problem should occure.

My many thanks are going to Mohr and Igiss. They were so kind to test the models. It was not an easy work. On my machine with nVidia video card, i never had these texture glitches as Igiss and Mohr had. So it was a constant flow of files, changes and tests.
Also will thank Doom. His test of one model proved me right in suggesting the problem is in connection to video cards.

So i have to apologize for the delay of the second beta:$, not Igiss. He payed a lot of patience, waiting for the overworked model files without texture problems.

It's all good man! :D

Most important thing is to know how to not make the same problems the next time around, and I know you've done so. Can't wait to see all the new features adn ships!

I'm sorry for the issues my Civilian Bomber causes, I really try to do my best, however I always think I can do that better. I received no comment on the fixed model yet, so I'd like to know if it's ok or if the same issues are still present. We all have time, so please don't be in a rush to release the beta.

I missed your PM among many many others I receive. That's why me insisting on using e-mail for sumbissions...

The CMP seems to be fine, and version with hardpoints would be much appreciated. I cannot promise it for beta 2, but it will be in beta 3.
