One question though. Is this ship meant to have a smaller hold than the train? If so, should it not be a little smaller and have better agility so that it can be better used in all the asteroid fields around the Corsair systems?

I understand if it is supposed to be comparable to the train - then by all means it should have the same limitations. But I am all for having it slightly smaller with a slightly smaller hold, thus being more maneuverable and better armed.

Just some thoughts...

BTW, the design itself is absolutely beautiful! Well done.

Loose the circled fins. They are too much. In the case of the top ones you are screwing up a perfect turret hard point. But other wise I can't wait to fly.

First off, the Pirate Transport almost was scrapped due to the model not exporting from MilkShape. :angry2: I remodeled parts of it and that fixed the issue. All, I have to do with it before hardpointing it is skinning.

As for the BW Transport, I still have to chop it into parts and see if it will be compatable. The fins are lost and body is stretched a bit more on it as well. For size comparison between these two and the large train I made these. The textures are not final at all.

For those interested, I also use these with two Hard CMP windows for sizeing purposes in MS. It is not a perfect science unfortunately. This is because the CMP exporter does not translate the model correctly. If there is another way, I am all ears.

Lookin' good. I especially like the way the BW transport has worked out. Any estimate on hold size, speed, and maneuverability? Firefly has a 3800 hold and is extremely maneuverable, but it only has 138 thrust speed... It'd be cool if one or both of these could have around a 3000-3500 hold, good maneuverability (maybe not as good as the Firefly), and full 199 thrust speed. A smuggler's dream.

Dang, I need to get into RP Trading more...Old Eppy's Train is lacking in style, though he tries to make up for it with flair.

Yes, Nexus is right, ditch the protrusions, those will be trouble.
