Other Notes: Francis Dillinger is the middle child of five children, son of Marcus Dillinger, a rich entrepreneur and oil/mineral tycoon.

Not wanting to follow his father's wishes of going into politics, Francis instead chose to enlist in the Gallic Royal Navy Recruitment program at the age of sixteen. By the age of twenty, he was a fully fledged Lieutenant.

From the ages of twenty to twenty three, he underwent training for the Gallic Royal Marines, and came to command the Perilous Class Gunboat, RNS-Calais as Captaine, with his own team of Marines.

On his twenty sixth birthday, he was promoted to commandant and was made captain of the newly christened RNS-Violette, an Obstinate Class, Royal Navy Cruiser.
