Salutations, Crime Boss. It is my pleasure to speak to you once more. As you may have heard, we have been having some... trouble in Galileo lately with... *ehem* 'large' hostile ships. Attached are a few examples of this:

As such, we are currently in the market for some heavier weaponry. To be precise, a "Scylla" Rogue/Molly Destroyer. We humbly request to purchase said Scylla and ask that they begin construction at Terre Haute immediately. As a show of good faith, we have delivered some supplies necessary for its construction. As ship hull panels are quite hard to come by in Galileo, we purchased some from the Junkers Congress, as they have a smelter in Puerto Rico:

Man upstairs ain't got nothing to do with it. And if a Scylla will keep you from bringing our enemies to our bases, then you'll have it.

It's a good thing that you brought in the kit to build it, we don't have the time to scrap it for you, but I think that the engineers can take a break from selling gunboats to anyone and everyone to build you a Scylla.

I don't want to hear of it running around in New York kicking up heat for us, though. Mess this up, and you'll have a Barghest swarm on you faster than you can blink.
