I believe Smokey's right - I'm pretty sure at least two of the devs tested all the (official) event servers, and I know that Agmen set up the server itself for at least one of them. At least, this is what everyone has told me. Perhaps submit your idea to Spazzy and hope his awesome kicks in and he does it?;)
