Well, it definitely has been a while since I've been able to see talk to you all. Anyways, pleasantries aside, I have a matter of business to discuss.

As per SCIOP, we will be conducting various research projects out in the fringes of space for random lengths of time. Some of those lengths include times where it would deem detrimental to the research to come back and re-supply. Also, our base of operations and various offices we may or may not open in the future will be needing resupply also.

Now since OSI has taken so great care of me in the past, I wish to offer you guys this opportunity at yet another business deal. As of now, we have no ships in need of supply, or our offices to be supplied, but what I would like to be done is that we keep an open contract where we would be able to call on you and your excellent merchanting services at any time.
