Eve enters the bar six minutes later than expected in an elegant, white business style trouser suit. She appears taller than normal, as she wears white stilettos. Carrying a data pad under her left arm, she looks around, searching for the face that she had seen in the comm picture, finds it and heads towards the table where the Gallic Royal Police representative, Commissaire Chevalier is waiting.

[color=#FFCCCC]"Bonjour, Commissaire Chevalier." she greets him, extending her hand: [color=#FFCCCC]"I think, we have an appointment, Evelyne Mallory...." and she smiles friendly, quickly checks her chronometer: "... even though I am a few minutes late, je suis désolé. Brigands." she shakes her head, shrugs her shoulders, but seems not to regard that as more than a minor inconvenience.

Eve nods and follows the Gallic Royal Navy officer to the back room. She enters with a warm smile directed at the Directeur: [color=#FFCCCC]"Bonjour, Directeur Gerald, a pleasure to meet you... I am glad that Messieurs took their precious time to talk to me... I am sorry for keeping you waiting..." she says politely, and extends her hand to greet him, too.

Gerald positions himself to look out the window port, sipping his coffee and turned away from the entrance. Once the door opens, he turns around and stands.

He eyes the hand and pauses for a second. He grasp the hand anyways and made it a short shake, then pulled away.

Now, if you'd take a seat, we can get down to business. He resumes his seat but faces the table, bringing the coffee back into his hand.

Eve nods slowly, opening her data pad, typing a password and then turns the screen that shows a picture of the M&L Barge: [color=#FFCCCC]"Messieurs, this is the Mallory & Lambert Storage Facility and it holds currently some two-hundred-something individuals that might be interesting for GRP to question. They consist of navy and police officers, but also House corporation personel was offered to us, so we accepted what we could get." she quickly sums up what she had written in the comm messages before, assuming both would remember some of it.

[color=#FFCCCC]"Actually, the situation is rather... difficult. The Storage Facility is not really designed to work as a prison ship. It takes an enormous amount of logistics to keep the cargo in a good condition for pickup, especially as the Storage Facility is still only 78 % operational, some parts still under repair." she shows a diagramm of the Barge where the damaged sections are marked in red and orange colours. They will see that a part is not even repressurized and another part has still hull leaks. It's visible that this Barge must have been a wreck that was put to a new use, not a new ship that was taken there.

"So... we had to abandon the idea to offer these individuals to the GRN, as they were too busy to respond in the narrow time frame. This made the GRP become the best choice, and we decided to go fast, as the problems on the Storage Facility get worse the longer the duration of their stay." she smiles to them in a friendly way, then continues:

"Thus, we hoped for the GRP to bring ships that are suitable to transport about 200 to 300 prisoners in a safe way from the insecure border worlds of Gallia into the safe heartland. The transfer can be done directly at the Barge class Storage Facility or between transports in space, depending on how you wish the transfer to be done. You are experts in these operations..." she says calmly, then quickly types a command and the list of prisoners appears for the two Officers to look at...

"Mallory & Lambert can provide some scouting capablilities, but we cannot offer much in terms of fighting, be it offensive or defensive capacities. We therefore depend on the GRP to take responsibility for security during and after the exchange." she points out in a calm manner, then leans back, crosses her legs, waiting for their reaction.
