We managed to track down his comm-signature to New York, half across Sirius. He probably thinks that he's safe there, but I hope you are going to proof him otherwise.
He asked for 5 million? fine, the D'Ortona family can afford it. We will pay those 5 million, yet in another way than he expected.

The first million will be paid for the first one who can provide information about the target. What ship does he fly, who does he work for.

The other four millions are paid for destroying his vessel, one million per vessel destruction. Repeatable four times. Tell him "Malta doesn't like beggars".
