***OPENING COMMS***
Subject_Name: S.Wolfe
Location: Freeport 4, Magellan
Comm_Topic: Bounty

Greetings. As some of you are no doubt aware, I am Sebastian Wolfe, pilot of the Schnee and Silber crafts of the Colonial Remnant, as well as the captain of the LNS-Wolfcrest of the Liberty Secondary Fleet.

However, what you may not know is that the Wolfcrest is actually remotely operated from a base I've had set up here on Freeport 4. I normally do it from my flagship which was in the Ontario system, however since the ore fields in Omega-7 have proven to be far more lucrative than the Kansas Iridium ones, I've moved my operations, and unfortunately this has forced me to move my equipment here.

Now, as my equipment here is in need of being moved again, I have decided to make the Wolfcrest entirely AI controlled. I have found a technique to map brain patterns into an advanced AI program which will work, however I will need a testbed gunship with which I can test the AI-mapping technique before attempting to adjust the Wolfcrest's operating system.

Unfortunately, the best ship to use for this is... out of my reach. My intel from both my Remnant duties and Liberty observations have led me to single out the Lane Hackers Gunboat as the optimal ship for the job, given the ship's unique electrical wiring and relatively similar requirements for operation, as compared to the Wolfcrest currently.

This leaves me with but one alternative: Rebuilding a single Lane Hackers gunboat from the remants of several. Which is where this bounty comes in.

I am willing to pay 10 million for every Hackers Gunboat that you are able to destroy, however the pieces must then be delivered to Java Station in Tau-23 so that they can be forwarded to Singapore where they can be rebuilt.

Proof must be given of both the destruction and the delivery of the components. That means I want proof that you weren't downed en route to Java.

Naturally, this will require a large ship to complete, so if a transport is used to haul the pieces in, the collector and transport will each receive 5 million. Lone bombers, for the same reason, will not be able to claim the bounty as they will not be able to store enough of the components I need.

I predict that roughly 5 shipments will be needed to get this gunboat operational, though it depends on just how many quality parts are left.

A brief reminder:
  • Targets are any Lane Hacker gunboats
  • 10 million a kill
  • Proof of kill and SAFE delivery to Java is required
  • Large quantities required; No solo-bomber claims

  • If a Transport is present, 2.5 mill to both transport and killer
  • Can be claimed approx. 5 times
"//Proof of Delivery can be Ship Hull Components, Engine Components, Optronics or just you docking at the station, having not died en route."

**UPDATE**

Since there have been no takers, I've decided to up the bounty to 10 million a gunboat. However, this has halved the number of times it can be collected, to 5.

I should still have enough pieces to put one together after this, though I might need to call in a few extra shipments of resources to get it up and running.

I have re-transmitted this with the new information, overwriting the old.

**UPDATE**

The amount of times the bounty can be claimed is now down to 4. The first shipment of Hacker Gunboat parts is currently en route to Java Station.

In a not totally unexpected but still somewhat ironic twist, this gunboat was shot down with help from the Wolfcrest itself, and it's parts moved to Manhattan where my transport had been sitting for quite some time, gathering data on the patchjob of the AI system currently in place on the Wolfcrest.
