Your absolutly right, it was my fault, when I saw Accendencys post, I was thinking the time was finnaly right, I have had the idea and the AFA post working for a while, waiting for an approprate time, mainly after the TBH RM war, and Accendincies post made me think I should post it to see what people thought. What I should have done was to PM the post to accendincy and see what he thought of it. My bad I appologize. On the good side of the coin, the intrest in both of the FA topics was quite high which makes me think it's the right time for the establishment of a FA faction.
