Faction Creation

Due to the increase in rather thoughtless and totally unnecessary faction threads recently, anything being
considered now, will have to be run past all the administrative team before it gets any form of green light.
Those considering faction creation will have to do your homework a little more seriously in future please.
A PM to myself or AC_Merc, complete with a word document containing your faction status report and all
diplomatic relationships with the existing factions here, and it will be considered.

This is a bump, and to make absolutely sure you are all clear on this ... When I say it goes past the admin
team, that means you do not post it, it gets sent to us first.
When it has been discussed, and everything is in order, then it is given a green light to be put to the rest of
the community.
