Too many balance problems, other than that I don't disapprove.

BUT, how about bombers being able to 'suicide' capital ships and cause significant damage?

I'd go for the chainsaw one everytime (is there a grinder upgrade coming out)?

If the BB can mount a chainsaw, would a cruiser be able to mount a hedgetrimmer?
How about a gunboat with an electric carving knife?

I like this idea. But it should be something like.. just an effect. an always firing turret. If something hits the axe thing, its dead meat.

As a Dev. No, this will never happen due to the reasons stated by Ashes.

Some modern ships (or submarines) have axe-ish heads. They still aren't spec to collide head first with an other ship.

so untrue, so untrue. Dude before attempting to rebalance all capitals, think a bit.

Ive faced TWO as in 2, II RM battleships on my Liberty dread, took one out and damaged the other heavily and survived. Surely you aint right there.
