Greetings, I am glad to hear of the positive response of your inmates. Our success with the original procedure has produced new options as well as increased the safety of the procedure. We ask that each of the interested parties fill out the form in full, as well as a contract stating that they have made this decision under their own free will without any sort of compulsion. Degree of Anthropomorphesis: Choose the balance of human/sample DNA proportionately. Any percentage between 20 and 80%. For reference, all previous patients were between 45 and 65% conversion.

Genetic samples: Choose the organism you will be combined with. Current choices are:

Greetings once again, friends. Indeed, though once the procedure was explained in detail to many of my charges, they elected not to undergo this endeavor, several of those placed under my care have eagerly applied for an opportunity.
