Greetings my zoner friends. I am Nicholas Jurgen. I have started a small family run mining company in Omega 7 called Jurgen Mining & Freight which is affiliated with Kruger. I am contacting you in hopes of reaching a contractural aggreement to transport my silver ore to Narita. As you are well aware the easiest and quickest route is through Sigma 13, but we are not on the best of terms with the GMG. They do not like us running through their space.
I have the storage capacity to hold 25.5k ore. Which we keep full by mining ore daily to meet the contracts that we currently have. Here is what I have to offer:
1. 5000 SC per unit (negotiable) which is paid at the time of transfer (non-negotiable)
2. Ore is to be picked up at Elbich Mining Facility in Omega 7 and how much your factions/comapanies wish to transport on a weekly basis.
3. We can set dates and times for your transports to pick up ore. It can be one day or two. Preset dates and times work the best. I know how much ore and when you are going to pick it up. Without that at best it would be a crap shoot not know when my family would be available or there is any ore at all.
4. This term is not pat of the deal, however, it can make things easier. I wish to purchase a barge to store the ore. We can have one for the both or maybe each of us split the costs for one for each faction. Or if we decide this is an option, I will pay for one, but will need one of you to submit the appropriate paperwork. Whichever faction does so will also have access to the barge and would be able to haul the ore as often as you like and the other would need preset pickup dates/times.
I would keep the barge full, you would transport the ore, and leave my payment onboard the barge. I will check daily how much ore is to be replaced and then collect my payments for the ore that was transported.
Pont 4 can be discussed at a later date and in private if either of you are interested in that proposal.

We are interested by your proposition and our transports are ready to take this ore you are storing.
However, we consider the price you set to be a bit high.
We are not willing to negotiate this to the bone, so i will give you the offer we think to be reasonable for both parties; A sell price we agreed on for a similar ore shipping contract.
Any TAZ will buy you're ore at the fixed price of 3500SC per unit.
I'm awaiting your formal agreement on this matter.

I cannot accept your offer of 3500 sc per unit for silver ore. I have a contract with Samura Heavy Industries and if they ever found out that I accepted this price....well let us just say that Samura is very protective of their business.
I would most definately be hearing from them if I sold ore to you at 3500 per unit. They are a very powerful company in Kusari and I chose not to endanger my business relationship with them.
So I regret to inform you that I am rescinding this offer in its entirety not only to the TAZ, but to OSI and Omicroners as well.
It is with regret that I have to inform you that the offer I made to your companies is rescinded. I will not be able to fulfill any contract for silver ore with you.
