Greetings, Patrons of Freeport 11.

I've observed how battles start near our Freeport for many years now. It is a landmark after all, and finding your enemy in open space even with the best sensor technology is ... 'inherently' difficult. This is why I believe various skirmishes crop up at Freeport 11. It is a nuetral meeting place. At least it was. *ahem*

I've noticed something, I feel rather stupid for not noticing it earlier. The Core| do not openly attack us. Only when Order are in our NFZ, and therefore we must assist the party that has been attacked within our NFZ. I feel the NFZ has become a little... bloated. Its become a liabillity. The Order and the Core| are always welcome at our Freeport as long as they respect our laws. They have, untill recently as you know. To the Order, however. Please do not loiter near the Freeport excessively. Move onto your patrols. While your help is greatly appricated beyond all measure, we cannot have any fire hitting the Freeport... and it appears you are their target. So please, dear protectors of 'Humanity'. Save civillian lives... Move away from the Freeport when Core| are present. It is not us sacrificing you... It is for the sake of lives aboard the Freeport.

As for the policy change... This is an experiement of sorts. It may be subject to change depending on the outcome. This may lead if successful to a negation of the NFZ (but no bar fights, please...) or if unsuccessful, a reinstatement of the NFZ at the 5k, which was established to -all- Freeports by the ZA.

As you may know, the breakup of the ZA has led to the Freeports going back to original Guardians, at least, that's what I call them... Those who can speak diplomatically for the entire freeport. Elizabeth Tate aboard the Phersephone had been Primary Guardian of Freeport 11 for many years now, however she has moved away due to the ever-present and ever-rising violence here. Naturally, as Secondary Guardian for something like 8 years I am taking over, seeing as nobody else has the gall to. My fellow Zoners at Freeport 11 accept my word, so so will you.

New NFZ Terms:
NFZ 2k Radius around Freeport 11. - Feel Free to destroy eachother outside of it, along with the rookies. As always, the NFZ is negated during a Nomad attack.
No Loitering. Do your business and move along in a timely manner. This goes for all parties and -WILL- be enforced.
What you do after you leave our Freeport/NFZ is none of our business.
Capital Ship Fire hitting the station should be screened by Guncams and immediately turned in. The offending parties will get quite the talking to, and/or fine.

The terms regarding operations in and around your Freeport 11 station are quite acceptable to us. Seeing as how your comrades in Omicron Theta have also agreed to something similar - and apparently Omicron-74 is now operating on a basis of closed travel, that has, in our opinion, resolved 75% of the issues we were attempting to address before certain recent unpleasantness occurred.

I do want to clarify, again and based upon what you are stating here, that fighter sized craft are allowed to defend themselves from the fervent attacks of ill trained and ill advised rookie pilots, and that there shall be NO repercussions upon those actions.

Obviously if no one that we wish to harm is staging from your facilities, then we have no reason to have any 'accidents' near or around your facilities.

While I do realize that this is not the most appropriate forum for this discussion, one sector of space that we DO still have issues with did not appear to have anyone of your kind - Zoners, that is - accept responsibility for it. We understand that Planet Gammu in Omicron Kappa is the home to some rather interesting machines that really have no interest in human life beyond study - other than the Harvesters, of course, whom we kill upon sight.

Please have the person or entity in charge of Planet Primus and thus any sapient life in Omicron Kappa agree to something quite similar to what you, and Mr. Rhyme have agreed to, and life in the Omicron Sector can return to ... normalcy. Since I do not know who actually represents Planet Primus - until such time as we are contacted with an agreement (or subjugation), any Zoner facilities and vessels in Omicron Kappa shall remain as viable targets for continuing to aid and abet the Order. This includes any vessels simply traversing Omicron Kappa as well.

I have interacted with the humans before.

I have not yet had the pleasure of interacting with your particular faction. I would invite you down to discuss your motivations and passively study you, but our climate is toxic to you.

We are not sapient, but we are sentient and this message was readable by us.

Our planet sells nothing in terms of resources, as we need nothing, and have little reason to trade. But we will tolerate anyone who lands there and does not attempt anything incessantly dangerous.

I will make this short.
Alright, Order forces will avoid Freeport and respect the new restrictions.
We do understand the situation in which you have found yourself,
and we will try to make it easier for you.
But I will warn you,
our intel and reports did show that Core have been attacking ZDF vessels without any Order presence,
and excessive forces were used against said ships.
So keep that in mind, you can't be too cautious.
If Core does attack Zoners again, it will take longer for our backup to arrive from Minor,
but we will worry about that when and if it really happens.

As you see, Mr. Monkeyman here and BT4-A45 appear to represent their respective planet(s). I've never actually known what represents them myself, I believed they always were under complete autonomy. Hmm.

Indeed, Fighter craft are allowed to defend themselves from the rookies within the NFZ, as again, only bombers and up can even scratch the paint.
