The Red Hessian Army has been keeping close tabs on the situation in the Omicron and Sigma sector. We are well aware of the disruption caused by the unexpected Corsair attack on Zoner holdings, and have committed our own forces into pressing the attack on those barbarians to split up their forces a little bit more.
Unfortunately, this offensive has put further strain on our H-Fuel reserves, and (barring the limited intervention of the Zoners from Freeport 5) it has now been more than a month since the last significant shipment of the substance has been delivered to our stores.
To replenish our strategic reserves, we will need an estimated 27,000 units of H-Fuel delivered to Freital or Ronneburg. We understand the scale of this operation will be high, and subcontractors might be needed to process the delivery. Our main hope at the moment is that such a large amount can be put aside so that we may continue our advance into Corsair territory and hopefully finally deflect their attention from Freeport 11.

I must apologize, I've been so head deep into the chaos I had overlooked this possible angle. Your timing is quite fortuitous as well. The reports I've received is that the BHG Core are no longer operating an offensive on Theta nor in any of the systems that originally comprised of what we termed "The Deuterium Highway". Instead it appears that they are launching their assaults on Zoners in the deeper Omicrons in an attempt to drive out all Order from any usable freehold. The Corsairs, however, are still a threat and continue to cause grief to our supply lines. Currently a group of Zoners known as OSI have valliantly decided to continue pushing their way through the destablized Deuterium Highway but most other Zoners in the area are locked in fights for their lives.
The option you are placing at our table is that last push we need to stabilize the route. We will gladly accept this offer and in light of such an operation the required fuel will be shipped to you in post haste in hopes of overcoming the current obstacle as expediantly as possible. In matters concerning Corsairs we've always found your troops to be enthusiastic and effective and are always glad for it We will keep you updated on this secure line.
