As for the agreement:

Quantum Psychosis will make a ten million credit deposit to GMG|Armoury.
The GMG licensing department will grant one Karasu license to Charybdis (edit-character name for any future reference).
The deposit will be refunded if:
The equipment is returned to the GMG.
The deposit will be permanently confiscated if:
The client uses the equipment to directly attack GMG or its allies. In this case, the deposit will be allocated to a bounty on the offender.
A third party gains control of the vessel, voluntarily or involuntarily. In this case, the deposit will be allocated to recovering the technology.
