To whom it may concern,

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Captain Quantum Psychosis, Meld, of the Commercial Liner Greycliffe. In the event you have not heard of me, I am one of those who supports Bretonia in the current war and I have gone to great lengths to bring literally thousands of tons of supplies to you. Furthermore, I have helped hundreds of thousands of refugees escape from the Leeds and Tau-31 warzones.

I do not say this out of pride, I say it so that you will know just how deeply I am enraged by the actions of a group of Hackers who intercepted my ship in Magellan. At the time, I was carrying refugees. After demanding a relatively ridiculous amount of money, they then proceeded to open fire before I had a chance to formulate a proper response. Due to their large numbers, the Greycliffe was easily destroyed. This is not the issue, being a Meld gives me certain advantages in the rebuilding of my ship, but the 2,140 Bretonian citizens that were killed cannot be replaced.

Therefore, I put forth the call to you to take action. I realize Magellan is barely within your jurisdiction, and I also realize 2,140 souls is a relatively small number compared to the millions killed by the Kusari. Nevertheless, I would be willing to make the following offer in return for your cooperation:

For every Hacker (//not of the official LH faction) that is killed, and proof provided either here or via a private message, I will take one full 4280-unit cargo hold of needed supplies into Bretonia. You may dictate what the supplies are, where they come from, and where they are to be taken; even if it proves to be at a loss for myself. I wish I could offer more, but my funds and capacity to operate have been drastically reduced in recent times, I'm sorry to say.

In the event you agree to provide your cooperation, I would appreciate a response here so that I may prepare my ship for cargo transport.

Sir,
It saddens me to read of your encounter in Magellan. To think that these people *spits* could stoop to such a low level beggars belief.
Indeed the Crown of Bretonia and the Republic of Liberty have an agreement to police the Magellan and Cortez systems but alas due to current war time demands by both Houses this can be erratic at the best of times. Please know that we will try to step up patrols in these systems, manpower allowing, to try and deal with these scum.

You say that these criminals where *independant* Hacker pilots? I dought very much if the *official* organisation would allow such a thing to happen. Even if they are designated criminals by the courts, thieves, pirates and smugglers they are most surely, but mass murderers?. I think the lads who attacked you where hiding under there banner.

The Crown thanks you for your efforts in transporting refugees out of the warzone and, indeed, for resupplying. If you continue to do this i am sure that the people you help will be most gratefull to you, as would the Crown.
