As per the first part of your instructions, I have made contact with one of the membership of the Liberty Rogue leadership caste. This encounter went favorably, and ended with the promise of bringing the details of your manifest to the attention of the 'Boss' of the Liberty Rogues. <appended for intel purposes: It seems that as predicted, the Liberty Rogues are governed by a multi tiered hierarchical structure, with the title of Boss given to the leader or sovereign>

My secondary task, however, was met with failure. As of yet, I have failed to ascertain the reason for the diminishing volume of labor commodities inbound - and for this, I submit myself to any punishment you deem fit, with much humility. There are several theories, however, regarding the possible rise of more competent inbound labor commodity interception forces and economic disincentives. There are reports of a new organized force of vigilante skirmishers harassing shipments of inbound labor, however having dispatched several members of this organization easily, I doubt them to be a major factor. Regarding the economic disincentives, I am continuing to look for sources of competition for the reception of labor commodities.

Pending the response from the Boss of the Liberty Rogues, we may or may not be authorized to mobilize several of our operatives to oversee the safety of labor commodity shipments inbound and goods distribution outbound in Liberty Proper. It seems, however, that there is an Outcast element present in Liberty which has earned the ire of the indigenous unlawful populations. Such individuals have been deemed to be mostly vermin and would not be missed by the Outcast administration at large should they meet an unfortunate demise. However, due to the soured reputation of the Outcasts within Liberty Proper, we must exercise great caution towards the Junker and Liberty Rogue establishments.

As I await further orders, I will continue to remedy the situation regarding the secondary mission. As per protocol, I will report back after I have accomplished my secondary task, or fulfilled the conditions for your next set of orders.

The Benefactors are pleased to hear of your rather expedient contact with the Liberty Rogues, so soon after your deployment. They are willing to overlook your transgression regarding your failure to satisfy the conditions of your secondary assignment as they can see that you feel remorse and are willing to remedy the situation. However, the Benefactors' patience, great as it is, is not infinite; let this failure be your last.

Your new assignment is as follows:

1: You are to rendezvous with the transport Medusa Cascade in New York.
- The transport will be carrying a full shipment of Artifacts, bound for planet Manhattan
- On board, hosted in the navigational computer will be one of our operatives under the alias of Isaac Turing.
- You are to ex-filtrate our operative from the data-bank and incorporate it into your ship computer.
- The operative will give you a manifest containing the information of several bank accounts, which will serve as your funding [Enclosed will be two hundred million Sirius credits] to be used at your discretion
- The Medusa Cascade and her crew are to be destroyed in such a way that makes the ship wreckage identifiable by the local law enforcement, but do not leave any evidence of your involvement.

2: Establish diplomatic contact with the Junkers.
- Intelligence indicates that the Junkers are highly savvy, but may be pliable with monetary incentives.


On a side note, the Benefactors are puzzled by your purchase of several tonnes of Liquid Cardamine infused bananas, consumption grade ethanol, and poly vinyl chloride piping. While they acknowledge that what you do with your payment funds is your business, they would like to remind you that high profile purchases such as these undermines the basis of your clandestine operations.
