Bonsoir.
It seems the GMS likes shooting holes in your station, Reunion. Despite the offer to take it far away from there, they attacked 2 of my men just outside the cantina window, shooting some holes in your station from the many missed shots. Ah oui, even after your station gunners gave them some shots to the hull, they didn't stop. Of course, after my men docked, they were gone.
Good enough they couldn't dock anymore - else they would have taken the fight inside the station....
It seems they are playing with your peoples' lives. Tres, tres, tres mauvais.....
I hope this little message has been of service, as such a hard earned passage will not be damaged by angry workers in the future. In our, and your interest.

Salut M'sieur du Sable, I have been tasked with investigating this 'event' that has been reported to us. As of now I have no definitive proof of any attacks, so if you have any evidence to support your claims.
The General has been informed and will no doubt be dispatching teams to check Reunion for signs of damage and weapon fire. In the mean time I'm sure you understand that it is in both out best interest to see to it that there is no trouble at any, of the Councils facilities. It would be an waste of man power were we forced to deploy round the clock patrol wings at the jump hole to Orkney oui?
Thank you for taking the time to contact us, I appreciate the effort.
[font=Century Gothic]Thank you for your quick answer, mon ami. I also appreciate your effort.
And oui, of course I have evidence. It shall be sent to you via a more secure channel.
Alors - I would never lie to you, mes freres, as we have been through too much together. Trust us like we trust you, and trusted you before. Also, you have our full support in defending and keeping away trouble from your bases - and don't worry, I will now personally make sure the GMS does not do that again.
May we have a bright future...
- Enzo du Sable, Lord of la Legion des Damnes

Lord du Sable, we have received your evidence and it will be included in the report. For now I will re-iterate our no fire policy towards any civilian ships within the direct scanner range of Council facilities, we will not tolerate attacks against you by the GMS. The GMS will also be reminded of this policy I assure you.
Truthfully I cannot see this investigation coming to a conclusion - the distinct lack of definitive proof of combat is a major hurdle.
Regardless, the Council values its long term friends from the Legion and Brigands and I am hopeful we will be able to put this matter behind us.
