As Unioners, we are, to say the least, privilegied witnesses of the Rheinland-Liberty war. This war is costly for both sides, and costly in material as well. The bloody battlefields leave behind them millions, if not billions, of credits worth of wrecks that are left untouched, since both sides consider too risky to regather them. Now, while us Unioners do have a certain specialization in shipbuilding, wrecks aren't our specialties. Here is my idea:
We will map for you the coordinates of battles in Bering, Hudson, Texas and Hamburg. We will gather informations about the type of vessels that are destroyed on the field, so you may send an appropriate group gather up all that stuff when the heat goes down. Of course, ich do expect a small percentage for doing this work for you, depending on the size of the wrecks you are able to collect. My initial idea was that for every major engagement between the Navy and the Militar, we would get paid around 100,000 credits for every fighter wreck, 200,000 for every bomber or transport wreck, 500,000 for every gunboat wreck, 750,000 for every cruiser wreck, und 1,000,000 credits for every battleship wreck, plus an initial 1,000,000 credits for pointing out the location of the battle.
Now, ich had this brilliant idea when ich was on mein way back home and found meinself in the middle of a capital ship engagement between the Navy and the Militar. As an example of my good will, ich will give you the coordinates of this battle (though I lack information about the ship classes that were destroyed there, as ich got the idea after the fight, only). Said coordinates are found on the attached file of this message.
With hopes that this cooperation may make both of us prosper,

Ah, Guten-tagg Mr Klautz. Let me introduce myself as Richard van Pelt, congressman for the Junkers. Your proposal is quite interesting to say the least. While we ourselves bear witness to daily skirmishes around liberty's planet Houston, a great deal of wrecked treasure gets burnt up in it's atmosphere. A waste, to say the least.
I shall visit this site you have forwarded, and will be discussing your offer with the other congressmen. We have the potential here to form a great business relationship with you Unioners. We shall certainly be in touch.
