Looking for Good Backup Program

I now have 6 Hard Drives, two of which I hardly ever use. I figured today, why not back up the HDD, on to another one! Because earlier on tonight, my Partition got wacked twice. The first time I managed to fix it with Parition magic, the second time I didn't fare so well, and the HDD died on me.

Anyway, so I need a program to backup from my current HDD on to my other one so I don't have a repeat of tonight. There is no problem with space, They're both 1TB HDD's :crazy:
