Just an hour ago a OS&C liner was forced to give 1 million credits to four Hogosha members. After the Liner payed the tax he was attacked by the Hogosha and had to pay a new tax just to live. Later a trader who payed his tax was killed by a Hogosha ship. A few minutes after that a Hogosha pilot attacked a Cryer fighter who was passing by New Tokyo. And if you have not herd enough a Pilot who gos by the name of Twist was forced to pay a tax, then forced to drop his cargo, then killed by two hogosha pilots. Near by naval forces did not help any of the ships who were getting pirated. When i questioned a gunboat pilot who sat there and watched this happen he said i would be killed if i asked any questions. If you dont think thats bad last time i checked there were 20 different hogosha pilots. All have pirated the Transport Industry more than once. And just when you think it cant get worse Hogosha pilots kill a Red Cross liner in Honshu. Hogosha has gone to far and the Naval forces wont help any traders even there own.
