The Netherwalker has returned

::: BREAKING NEWS :::

::: Whilst out on patrol around the Dublin System, a Bretonian Constable named Kelvin (not real name) chanced upon a mysterious, black ship cruising towards the Northern-side of the system ::: The Constable further investigated the vessel, and found it to be an IR-7 "Raven's Talon" callsigned as the Netherwalker :::

::: Initially, this didn't alarm him, since it's IFF was that of a Freelancer ::: But it was when he conducted a more thorough background-scan of the ship [//use the [color=#33FF33]/showinfo console command] that he was shocked by what he found :::

::: Realizing this, the Constable quickly fled from the scene and headed off immediately to Battleship Essex, where he informed High-Comand of his findings ::: But High-Command didn't give proper priority for this information, and it was soon dismissed :::

::: Yet Constable Kelvin was insistent on his findings, and decided to send it directly to one of our reporters :::

::: Based on what our reporter's been briefed on by the Constable, the vessel's current crew, a pair of pilots of which one was a man and the other a woman, didn't show any initial hostilities on first contact ::: But it should be noted that the Netherwalker DID transpond a Slaver-transponder, which should be enough to raise any alarm on any ship :::

::: Though the scan guncam-shot doesn't seem to show any signs of tampering nor of alteration in its data, when we decided to further investigate this bounty on the Neural Net no information turned up about this said vessel ::: It could be speculated that this bounty had long-expired, the banning having already been lifted, but that the vessel's transponder hadn't yet been updated as of first contact :::

::: But pilots and captains who possibly may encounter the Netherwalker in the future are still advised to stand on the side of caution ::: Should you ever come into contact with this vessel, it would be best to send this information immediately to either your local Lawful authorities to adequately-deal with the situation, or to your local news agency to conduct an interview with the current crew of said vessel :::
