Ummmmm.... USA or European Server Group ?? 40/125 ping.... how this translate to comfort of game ??? Advice ??

the lower ping the better.

dunno, I suppose less forgein speeches on the USA server.
I suppose the words 'noob team' will be heared 1 out of 2 matches in both servers.
