Arms Dealers Lisince

I actually opened my Flea market to the public yesterday selling 5 items.
A Southern alliance officier told me i need a lisince.

If anyone would be so kind enough to supply me with a link to the thread and tell me how much is it.
My Flea Market is closed until I get this lisince.

I think that may have just been RP. So far as I know there is no arms dealer license. Maybe you should contact the Liberty law forces and put a 'donation' their way to ensure protection from pirate types however.

It will be some weeks yet before the matter is full operational, please continue your business as it was and wait for the information on the matter. If you wish for more information please contact me. This concept was initially pioneered to force people to RP holding their arms sales and armories in orbit of Liberty's capital, with the no PvP on currently I'm not sure where this stands however, despite that we will move forward with the concept unless told to do otherwise.
