Today the famous Rockstar New York announced the release of the new game in the GTA series, "Grand Theft Auto - Menhetten"

The game takes place in the fictional Planet Menhetten; which happens to be exactly like the real life planet Manhattan; where the main character, a Bretonian refugee from Leeds named Quentin will have to engage in a series of missions, both legal and illegal in order to recover the money from a bad deal with artifact smugglers.

Throughout the story, Quentin will do all kind of missions from several organizations throughout the planet, lawful and unlawful, which will alter the story line and the ending. Lawful organizations like the Liberty Policing Corp, Intergalactic Commerce, Liberty Protection force and others, will lean the character's allignment to a "lawful" ending, while unlawful ones, like the Liberty roguies, or the Redneck guerrilla, will lead to an unlawful one.
Aside the main groups, Quentin will also find other groups present in the planet, like The Organization, The bounty catchers, and the exiled ones (in charge of cardamine trade) which will either help, or prosecute Quentin, will offer him assistance, or force him to do some of their mission in exchange of his life, or just hunt him down. Every action Quentin does will have an effect on his life.

On it's first day of release, the game has already caused controversy amongst libertonians, because of the strong criminal element present in the game, the character's ability to engage in black market exchange, and sexual themes, like prostitution.

On the other hand, Rheinland citizens feel the game clearly shows the reality of Liberty, and some even support the purchase of the game to their kids.

All in all the game has received great appreciation amongst gamers, and has received outstanding ratings and reviews. The game itself offer a whole world (literally) of oportunities for the player. With it's open ended and freeform nature GTA Menhetten is one of the biggest, greatest, longest game in history.
